Voters in Potter County will see changes at the polls during the March 1st primary. The Potter County Republican Party will administer their own election using all paper, hand-marked, hand-counted ballots.
This will be the first time since the early 2000s that Republican voters in the north Texas county will be using strictly paper ballots on election day. A choice Potter County GOP Chairman Dan Rogers said will lead to a more secure count.
