On Monday, some of the state's top Democratic leaders gathered at the State Capitol to figure out what to do now that Roe v. Wade is gone.
"In reversing Roe v. Wade, the court has propelled our country into chaos and put millions of people in harm's way," said Texas Representative Donna Howard, District 48, (D) Austin.
