Texas Governor Greg Abbott issued an Executive Order Wednesday afternoon to maintain the current policy which prohibits COVID-19 vaccinations by any government entity in the state.
The governor also says the issue of whether any state or local governmental entities in the state can mandate that a person receive a COVID-19 vaccine has been added to the Special Session agenda, and what expectations should apply to such mandate.
